We had the best of times at our annual Teenie Halloweenie Pop-Up at Stepney City Farm. This year we held a Spookie Halloween Craft Camp , and whow you really showed you know a thing or two about making fab and kinda scary masks!
The weather was great and the farm café turned out delicious food stuffed with super healthy ingredients.
We love offering a mix of free know-how and creative events alongside paid for sessions such as paediatric first aid. You may not know but our training company offers the opportunity to study towards professional qualifications as well as short courses with experts such as our November session about Managing Behaviour. Sessions are held across a number of London venues and in settings.
Of course at the heart of what we do is offer professional childcare services including finding staff and that’s what makes events like the Halloween pop up so special for the team who place childcare at the heart of what they do.
We think this should be worked into regular workwear….
Our next free event and a new date for your diary is Riverside Cares ‘Ask The Expert’, this is completely online so no worries about the weather and you can post your questions now. The panel will be available all day to answer questions. This time we are focussing on how to manage allergies and intolerances, how to know if there is a real allergy or just a dislike of a certain food and when and how to introduce new foods to picky eaters (yep that can happen with toddlers through to school-age). They’ll be discussing issues such as what happens when a child mirrors adult eating habits. The experts will be looking forward to fielding your questions and thoughts and sharing their experiences too. Here’s the link for the event on November 21st!
