Want a night out? Need a competent friendly babysitter? Look no further……
Riverside Cares has been working with families since 1989, supplying babysitters in all London postal districts for all ages of children.
All babysitters are police checked and have undergone a disclosure and barring check completed to enhanced level. They have a face to face interview covering their full work history and a minimum of two references are taken up.
Babysitters are available to work seven nights per week from 6.00pm.
How much does it cost?
£15 registration fee in the first year including the first sit. Thereafter a booking fee of £5.00 will be charged each time you use the service of a babysitter introduced by Riverside Cares.
The babysitters charge:
- Monday to Wednesday after 6pm £7.00 per hour, Thursday to Sunday £8.00
- On ‘special’ days the hourly rate the sitter charges will increase e.g. Valentine’s Day, New Years Eve and Bank Holidays £15.00 per hour.
Baby-sitters can be booked in various ways:
- Call our office during office hours 7.30am to 6.00pm
- Email in your requirements which will be dealt with during office hours
- Book online – bookings will be dealt with during office hours
(Please note, bookings received after 6pm on Friday will not be dealt with until 7:30am on the following Monday morning)
Our easy to use online service means you can book a babysitter at any time. We will always try to give you a babysitter you have used before to give you continuity.
How do I book a babysitter?
Babysitting club members can make a booking on line 24/7 or call our office which operates Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6.00pm (excluding bank holidays) or email in requirements. All bookings are dealt with during office hours.
Are babysitters interviewed?
Every babysitter is interviewed in person, reference checked and and have undergone a disclosure and barring check completed to enhanced level.
What level of experience will the babysitter have?
Riverside Cares will only send professional childcarers with checkable professional independent checkable references.
